Powerwave Group Sessions

A COMPLETE BODY WORKOUT IN JUST 20 MINUTES.

5 exercises repeated 4 times in intervals of 50 seconds active followed by 10 seconds rest.

Take your body to the max, burn fat and create a stronger, leaner you.

The Wave20TM workout is based on 5 axle movements that target the entire body.

The movements would change every week so no chance of getting bored.

Timings and Prices:

Private: £30 per session
Group: £80 for 1 x session a week
Group: £120 for 2 sessions a week
Pay as go: £10

Monday: 0850am 0930am
Wednesday: 0930am 1910pm 1950pm
Friday: 0850am 0930am
Saturday: 0800am (Man PW) 0830am

We are always outside, underneath gazebo if raining or snowing
